By installing or using MailHarvest Pro ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
MailHarvest Pro is a browser extension for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Brave (via the Chrome Web Store) that extracts, validates, and scores publicly available email addresses from webpages, PDF files, and other documents you visit. All processing occurs locally on your device. No extracted data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Extension for your personal or internal business purposes. Each license key may be activated on the number of browser seats specified by your plan (1 seat for Pro, up to 10 seats for Business).
You may not sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the Extension or any part of it.
You agree to use MailHarvest Pro only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use any email addresses extracted using the Extension. You agree that you will:
⚖️ Responsible use: MailHarvest Pro is built for legitimate B2B outreach and professional lead generation. We care about how our tool is used — please use it ethically and in compliance with applicable laws. If you ever have questions about best practices, we're happy to help at [email protected].
Every plan includes a 30-day full-access free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, the Extension automatically drops to the free tier (10 searches/day, 25 email export limit) unless you activate a paid license key purchased through Gumroad.
All payments are processed by Gumroad. By purchasing a license, you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service. License keys are non-transferable.
Because every plan includes a full 30-day free trial before any payment is required, refunds are generally not offered after a license key is purchased and activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Extension from functioning as described, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it promptly.
MailHarvest Pro processes all data locally on your machine. We do not collect, store, or sell the email addresses you extract. The only external communications the Extension makes are for license key verification (via Cloudflare Workers), DNS-based email validation (via Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS), and optional Google Sheets sync initiated by you.
For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in the Extension, including its code, design, and branding, are owned by the developer of MailHarvest Pro. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
We build MailHarvest Pro to the highest standard we can and stand behind its core functionality. That said, like all software, it may occasionally have bugs or behave unexpectedly across different environments. If something isn't working as described, please reach out to us at [email protected] — we take issues seriously and respond promptly. We cannot guarantee the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted in every scenario, but we are committed to making it work well for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
